Biography

Michael Frailey was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in September, 2019. Mr. Frailey has led the Hess Midstream business development and onshore commercial teams since September, 2015.

Mr. Frailey served as Senior Business Development Advisor and later Director of Global New Business Development in the Hess London office from 2007 until 2015 leading the sale of assets in Russia, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Thailand, Norway, Denmark and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Hess in 2007, he spent 7 years as a tax attorney with ConocoPhillips in Houston and Alaska.
