Biography

Charles “Chuck” Tack is Vice President, Midstream Operations for Hess Midstream LP (NYSE: HESM).

Mr. Tack is responsible for ensuring coordination between the Midstream and Upstream business segments and provides oversight and direction for the Tioga Gas Plant, the Tioga Rail Terminal, the Ramberg Truck Facility, North Gas Gathering, South Gas Gathering, Water Gathering, Oil Gathering, and the Mentor Storage Facility.

Prior to joining Hess in 2022, Mr. Tack was with PacifiCorp (Berkshire Hathaway Energy subsidiary) for six years, rising to Vice President, Nuclear Operations after serving as Managing Director, Generation Support; Director, Shared Unit Generation; and Director, Technical Training. He also spent time with Nebraska Public Power District, Omaha Public Power District, Kiewit (Continental Fire Sprinkler Company) and ATC Associates in various project management, engineering, and operations management roles.

Mr. Tack previously held a senior reactor operators license (SRO) and earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska and master’s degrees in Energy Business from the University of Tulsa; Finance from the University of Utah.
