Biography

David Niemiec was appointed a member of our board of directors in December 2019. He was a director on the Hess Midstream Partners GP LLC board from April 2017 until December 2019. Mr. Niemiec is a private equity investor and has served as an advisor to, and managing director of Saratoga Partners since 1998. Prior to his affiliation with Saratoga, Mr. Niemiec was Vice Chairman of the investment banking firm Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., where he also served as Chief Financial Officer from 1982 to 1997. Mr. Niemiec is a director or trustee of several mutual funds in the Franklin Templeton Investments family. He served as director of Emeritus Corporation from 1999 to 2010 and OSI Pharmaceuticals from 2006 to 2010.
